Demand Forecasting
  • Build robust demand forecasting models using data-driven insights and e-commerce trends.
Vendor Management
  • Built and manage a reliable network of domestic and international vendors and logistics partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient operations.
Inventory Management
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance availability, working capital efficiency, and rapid fulfillment, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
Warehouse Operations
  • Lead warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock counts, efficient space utilization, and smooth dispatch processes.
Logistics and Delivery
  • Oversee last-mile delivery and returns processes, ensuring a seamless customer-first experience through optimized routes and on-time delivery.
Performance Metrics
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including OTIF, Inventory Turnover, Fill Rate, Order Accuracy, and Cost per Unit, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Sustainability Initiatives
  • Develop and execute sustainability initiatives across sourcing, packaging, and logistics, reducing environmental impact and promoting social responsibility.
Leadership and Development
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of supply chain, warehouse, and logistics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.
