Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between departments, vendors, and logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform supply chain decisions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and logistics partners
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and reducing costs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field


Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with supply chain software and technology, including ERP systems and transportation management systems
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP) or similar credential
- Familiarity with lean principles and six sigma methodology
- Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations
