Job Description:

The Supply Chain Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire supply chain operations within the region. Key responsibilities include managing warehouse activities, planning logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supply chain operations including warehousing, logistics performance, and customer escalations.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain large-scale projects across functional and operational areas.
  • Accountable for all warehousing activities from GRN to Dispatch and inventory operation.
  • Plan LM logistics, arrange transport, pick up material from WH, and deliver at Site.
  • Manage resources at warehouse to manage warehouse operations and all logistic services.
  • Ensure readiness for timely pick and delivery by meeting roads and site entry requirements.
  • Accountable for all KPIs related to supply chain in the region including performance, cost, and compliance.
  • Ensure required documentations are ready and available for transporting material to sites.
  • Adhere to regulatory compliance and identify potential risks with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven track record of managing and scaling businesses.
  • Self-starter, solution-oriented, decisive.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable owning and being held accountable for business outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work in a cross-functional environment with high stakeholder management.
  • Visible leadership skills – ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, and high-energy environment.
