Supply Chain Leadership Opportunity

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced supply chain professional to manage our warehousing, logistics, and customer escalations.
  • This is a leadership role that requires strategic planning, project execution, and team management.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and scaling businesses, with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • They will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, achieving KPIs related to supply chain performance, cost, and compliance, while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategically plan and execute large-scale projects across functional and operational areas.
  2. Develop and maintain efficient supply chain processes, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
  3. Manage warehouse operations, ensure readiness for timely pick and delivery, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  5. Ensure continuous improvement in supply chain performance, quality, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering business outcomes and meeting KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
