Administrative Support Position

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring washrooms and pantry are clean and well-stocked to promote employee comfort and productivity.
  • Preparing and serving meals to employees as needed, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Assisting in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming goods or parcels, showcasing attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Supporting staff in moving or shifting items within the office or storage area, utilizing physical strength and endurance.
  • Running errands such as buying office supplies or other administrative tasks as instructed, highlighting reliability and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10th pass or equivalent education, indicating a strong foundation in academics.
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred, showcasing adaptability and growth potential.
  • Punctuality, discipline, and a well-groomed appearance, reflecting a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
