D365 Functional Consultant Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients unlock the full potential of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
  • You will conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for MSD ERP solutions.
  • Additional responsibilities include configuring MSD ERP features such as workflows, process builder, flows, and custom objects, collaborating with developers for customizations requiring Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning components, and ensuring data integrity and managing data migration activities.

Familiarity with data migration and integration tools is preferred. A strong understanding of MSD ERP platform capabilities and limitations is essential.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Developing test plans and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Providing training to end-users on new MSD ERP features and functionalities
  • Offering ongoing support and troubleshooting for MSD ERP users
  • Staying updated on MSD ERP releases and new features

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in creating process flows, wireframes, and user stories
  • Basic knowledge of ERP Business central
