MS Dynamics 365 Project Lead

About this role
- Coordinate and document meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks to mitigate potential problems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress.
- Evaluate risks and dependencies to escalate to leadership when necessary.
- Maintain accountability through clear ownership and delegation of tasks.
- Support project governance by documenting and reporting on key metrics and milestones.
- Foster collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams to drive project success.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of project coordination or project management experience.
- A strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of ERP workstreams: finance, supply chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for US stakeholders.
- Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
- Prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management skills are essential.
