The ideal candidate should possess at least 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, with a proven track record of participating in complete life cycle implementations. A strong understanding of Dynamics 365 for Sales (online) is essential.
In addition to your technical skills, you should be proficient in using the CRM SDK to interface programmatically with Dynamics CRM. You will also need to be able to interpret requirements and customise CRM to achieve desired functionality.
A strong background in front-end technologies such as HTML 5, ReactJS, and AngularJS is required. Experience working with Azure platform, specifically App Services, Functions, Logging, and various storage technologies, is highly desirable. Knowledge of messaging platforms like MQ Series and Azure Service Bus, as well as authentication and authorisation frameworks such as Auth 2.0, is also advantageous.
You will be responsible for breaking down complex problems into manageable components, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Excellent communication, presentation, training, client relationship, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
