Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 Techno functional Consultant

This is a senior-level position that requires extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics CRM 2016/2015.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 across multiple versions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrations with third-party applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including entity, field, views, forms, process flows, security roles, security assignments, and record sharing.
  • Experience with plugin development, SSIS development, console app development, Power Automate development, C#, .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Web API, REST APIs, and Ribbon Workbench development.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer-facing experience, preferably in a Business Solution Architect (BSA) role.
