We are seeking a seasoned Growth and Partnerships professional to spearhead our sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities using strategic platforms like Sales Navigator and Upwork.
- Collaborate with the design team to create and manage impactful Meta Ads campaigns.
- Foster relationships, capture client requirements, and drive growth through targeted outreach and follow-ups.
- Partner with the design team to develop compelling pitch decks and proposals.
- Contribute to the development of efficient inbound and outbound marketing funnels.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Marketing within the IT or software industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, including , Upwork, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Driven by targets and growth, with a focus on achieving key performance indicators.
