Job Title: Urban Development Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Urban Development Executive to spearhead the growth of our innovative healthcare financing ecosystem.

As an integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability for the organization. You will be responsible for building strategic alliances with medical professionals and hospitals to drive patient referrals for crowdfunding and medical loans through our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with doctors and hospitals to increase patient referrals for crowdfunding and medical loans.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve targets, ensure field effectiveness, and promote professional development.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying patient needs and introducing EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options for hospitals and patients.
  • Set revenue goals and manage both the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide continuous market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to help refine our lending solutions.
  • Ensure smooth lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered NBFCs/fintech lenders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
  • Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in retail financial services (e.g., selling loans, EMIs, insurance).
  • Background in managing large field sales teams or partner networks.
