Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sponsorship Sales Manager – Gaming Events to join our team at Global Games Show. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by leading efforts to secure strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and exhibition opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming industry, a passion for building impactful partnerships, and a proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to attract sponsors, exhibitors, and partners specific to the gaming industry.
  • Design and pitch tailored sponsorship packages and exhibition spaces that align with the unique needs of gaming brands and companies.
  • Identify and research potential sponsors, exhibitors, and strategic collaborators in the global gaming ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across gaming publishers, developers, hardware brands, and esports organizations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, exhibition space selling, or commercial strategy in the gaming, esports, or interactive entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of securing sponsorships for international gaming events or expos.
  • Experience working on ambitious revenue targets in a competitive, global market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a strong advantage.
