We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of clients' strengths, limitations, and vocational potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth psychological, cognitive, and behavioral assessments to identify emotional, mental health, or learning barriers to employment.
  • Develop individualized vocational rehabilitation plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide career counseling based on clients' interests, skills, and aptitudes.
  • Offer counseling to address emotional challenges, stress, or motivation issues during the rehabilitation process.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, vocational instructors, social workers, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of mental health principles and vocational rehabilitation techniques.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, along with relevant work experience in mental health services.
