Tele Calling Executive

**Catalyst Education**is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our team. This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for converting leads provided by the company into potential clients through meaningful and professional conversations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
- Build strong communication with prospective clients to understand their educational needs.
- Provide detailed information about the company’s offerings and answer customer inquiries.
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and maintain a positive customer relationship.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and team targets.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and convert leads effectively.
- Basic computer skills for managing data and reports.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
