Job Title: Healthcare Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Program Manager to lead our community health program in underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management & Implementation: Develop and implement effective healthcare programs, ensuring alignment with our organization's mission and goals.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Supervise and mentor field teams, healthcare workers, and program coordinators to ensure successful program execution.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program impact and analyze health data to generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Liaise with government agencies, local health authorities, and partner organizations to represent our organization and secure funding.
  • Capacity Building & Training: Organize training programs for healthcare professionals and community health workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Education: MBBS + MPH (Masters in Public Health) – mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in community health, public health programs, or NGO-led healthcare initiatives.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
