The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in Electrical Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, and Petrochemical sectors. They must possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in FEED and Detail Engineering within Power and Oil and Gas Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive designs for main electrical equipment and materials
  • Prepare and review technical specifications, data sheets, and bid evaluations
  • Conduct complex electrical equipment and material sizing calculations
  • Perform Hazardous Area Classification with Designer support (2D drawings), Panel schedules, Interconnection and Wiring Diagrams, Control Schematics
  • Coordinate MTO/BOM, Lighting Calculations, Cable Tray and Trench sizing Calculations
  • Oversee requisition inquiry and purchase of electrical equipment's and bulk materials
  • Evaluate technical bids for electrical equipment's and bulk materials
  • Collaborate effectively with other technical disciplines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in designing electrical equipment and materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Expertise in electrical calculation software (ETAP, SKM, Digisilent, Dialux)
