Cloud Compensation Management Professional

As a seasoned Fusion HCM Compensation Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and enhancing Oracle Cloud Compensation application capabilities. This role requires in-depth knowledge of business process analysis configuration validation system integration and deployment.

  • We are seeking an experienced professional with 3 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation application implementation, enhancement, and related business process analysis.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to execute end-to-end Annual Workforce Compensation plans across 100 countries, modifying fast formulas or SQLs based on country-specific requirements.
  • Resolve issues identified during CRPs and UAT, working closely with data teams to ensure accurate employee data is loaded into the correct UDTs or External tables, and provide support on WFA related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and enhance Oracle Cloud Compensation application capabilities.
  • Biz Process Analysis Configuration Validation System Integration & Deployment.
  • Annual Workforce Compensation plan execution and implementation.
  • Modify Fast Formulas or SQLs based on Country specific requirements.
  • CRP (Change Request Process) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) issue resolution.
  • Data Loading into Correct UDTs or External Tables.
  • WFA (Workforce Analytics) related issue support.
