Cloud Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Cloud Solutions Specialist.

This position involves training and enabling sales teams on cloud products, features, use-cases, and value propositions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, pricing models, deployment, and scalability.

The successful candidate will actively guide and support the sales team to convert leads into cloud customers. They will be available to resolve technical customer queries, both online and onsite as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include creating and documenting standardized processes, solution flows, and best practices for cloud offerings. Collaboration with the sales team is required to design custom cloud solutions for potential clients.

Apart from the core duties, staying informed on cloud trends and competitors, offering strategic insights to sales and product teams is essential.
