Compensation and Performance Module Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to support and enhance the Compensation and Performance modules in Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both configuration and development, with a strong ability to bridge complex business requirements and technical execution.

About the Role:

  • Module Expertise: Design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas for validation, calculations, and retro-processing in the Compensation module.
  • Data Management: Develop and utilize HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader templates for efficient data uploads and management.
  • Reports and Templates: Create and modify RTF templates and develop OTBI / BI Publisher reports of medium complexity for compensation plans, budgets, and statements.
  • Workforce Management: Provide functional design and configuration support for workforce compensation structures, including grade-step progressions and base compensation levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Experience: Proven hands-on experience as a Techno-Functional consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Fast Formula Expertise: Demonstrable expertise in writing Fast Formulas for validation and calculations.
  • Data Loaders: Strong experience with data loaders: HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
  • OTBI Analyses, BIP Reports, and RTF Templates: Experience in developing OTBI analyses, BIP reports, and RTF templates.
  • Workforce Compensation and Performance Management Modules: Functional implementation experience in Workforce Compensation and Performance Management modules.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the Compensation and Performance modules, providing expert-level guidance on fast formula development, data management, and report creation. Additionally, they will work closely with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
