Seeking a qualified professional to ensure the ongoing stability, accuracy, and efficiency of HR technology by providing daily operational support for Compensation Management, Employee Central (EC), and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day functional and technical support for SuccessFactors Compensation, EC, and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
- Resolving user issues, answering system queries, and troubleshooting data or configuration problems.
- Monitoring workflows and maintaining user access, ensuring compliance with data security protocols.
Compensation Planning is a critical function that requires expertise in compensation worksheets, templates, guidelines, and eligibility rules. The successful candidate will maintain and configure these components, as well as support annual and off-cycle compensation planning processes.
In addition to Compensation Planning, the candidate will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle configurations, business rules, event reasons, and workflow approvals in Employee Central (EC). This includes supporting position management, foundation objects, and organizational structure updates.
Onboarding 2.0 is another key module that requires the candidate to configure and troubleshoot Onboarding templates, forms, tasks, and pre-day 1 processes. The candidate will also resolve onboarding process failures, data mapping issues, and integration to EC.
Role-Based Permissions (RBP) is an essential component of the role, requiring the candidate to maintain and troubleshoot RBP groups and roles across modules. The candidate will ensure users have appropriate access based on their roles and security policies.
Integrations and Testing are critical functions that require the candidate to monitor integrations between EC, Compensation, and Onboarding via SAP CPI or Boomi. The candidate will participate in testing for quarterly SAP releases, system changes, and enhancements.
Documentation and Training are also essential responsibilities, requiring the candidate to maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides. The candidate will train HR users on worksheets, templates, onboarding workflows, and security access.
The ideal candidate will possess SAP Certified status in SuccessFactors Compensation Management, along with 4 years of hands-on experience in a system support or HRIS analyst role. Required skills and qualifications include:
- SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation Management
- 4 years of hands-on experience in a system support or HRIS analyst role
- Working knowledge of Compensation Worksheets and Templates
- Employee Central
- Onboarding 2.0
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Strong understanding of HR data models, processes, and compensation planning
