Job Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interviews and assessments. Participate in interviews, collect feedback, and communicate with candidates.
Onboarding
Assistance: Prepare orientation materials and assist with new hire paperwork. Help organize orientation sessions and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Administrative
Tasks: Maintain HR records, update databases, and manage documentation. Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
Employee Engagement
: Contribute to employee engagement activities. Organize events, programs, or surveys to enhance workplace culture.
Employer Branding
: Support employer branding through social media content, updating career pages, and participating in recruitment events.
Learning & Development
: Organize training programs and track training records. Ensure compliance with training requirements.
HR Compliance
: Assist in ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor law compliance. Support HR audits.
Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR. Participate in skill enhancement training sessions.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, creative, and self-motivated.
Interest in Marketing & HR.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Salary & Incentives
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on performance & skills).
Performance-based incentive during the probation period.
