Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-level technical assistance for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Outlook, install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and basic software applications, use ticketing tools to log, track, and close IT support tickets as per Service Level Agreements, perform system upgrades, patches, and hardware/software installations, collaborate with other IT teams for escalations or network-related issues, maintain asset records and ensure proper documentation of support tasks, and provide remote or onsite support to end-users across departments.

Required Skills:
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Windows OS, and basic software applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with ticketing tools and IT service management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
