Job Description

Durafloor Concrete Solutions LLP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in handling computer-based tasks and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office correspondence.
  • Proficiently use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Manage and respond to emails and inquiries, ensuring prompt communication with clients and team members.
  • Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for staff and management.
  • Assist in office supply management, ensuring the office remains well-stocked and organized.
  • Provide support to other departments, including finance and operations, with data entry and system updates.
  • Handle petty cash and process payment claims, as well as minor bookkeeping tasks.
Key Skills
  • Good knowledge of computer applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with office management software and systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a computer-related or administrative role.
