Job Description

The BIM Coordinator plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between design, documentation, and digital execution.

This role entails collaborating with project architects, designers, and global studios to ensure seamless integration of design technology and BIM workflows across various project phases.

  • Lead and coordinate BIM efforts across architecture and interior design projects within the studio.
  • Collaborate with global BIM leaders and project teams to implement firm-wide standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Model and manage complex Revit-based architectural projects across all design phases.
  2. Train, mentor, and support project teams on BIM execution strategies and workflows.
  3. Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Revit templates, and content libraries.
  4. Conduct quality control checks for Revit models and ensure documentation accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
  • 8–12 years of industry experience with minimum 8 years in a BIM-focused role.
  • Strong command of Revit and Autodesk tools (Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD).
  • Experience in complex architecture or interiors projects — preferably across healthcare, education, hospitality, or residential typologies.
