BIM Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM professional to lead project teams and oversee the successful execution of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.
  • Strategic Planning: Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies to meet client expectations and project deliverables.
  • Resource Optimization: Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project objectives and deliverables.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and review project leads' updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status and high-quality outputs for all design stages.
  • Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients and consultants for modelling, reports, and deliverables, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
  • Workflow Management: Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • BIM Implementation: Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms, driving innovation and efficiency in project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms, with a solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
