Public Health BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Public Health BIM Modeler to join our team.

  • To apply for this role, you should have:
  • A strong background in engineering with a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in BIM modeling with proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • The ability to ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify potential conflicts.
  • Knowledge of public health facility regulations and industry standards.
  • Basic design knowledge of PHE and Fire Protection Services will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating and managing detailed BIM models for public health projects. They will be responsible for ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. BIM Development: Creation and management of detailed BIM models for public health projects.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders to integrate components into a cohesive model.
  3. Model Coordination: Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify potential conflicts.
  4. Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols.
  5. Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  6. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
