Job Opportunity: Structural BIM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Structural Specialist to support our structural engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) and experience in preparing accurate and detailed models and drawings.

  • Create high-quality 3D BIM models and structural drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model consistency and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Follow industry standards and local codes for construction and detailing.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum [3-5] years of experience as a BIM specialist, with at least [2] years using BIM software.
  • Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks.
  • Solid understanding of structural systems and detailing standards.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects is an advantage.
