Job Title: Human Resources Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to support our HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with a strong interest in human resources and a desire to contribute to a growing organization.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through job boards (non-IT roles).
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
  • Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS system.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the HR Manager in performance management processes.
  • Assist with general office administration and upkeep, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and employees.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with Recruiter is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Hindi is important and local language (Kannada) is an added advantage though not compulsory
