Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced customer escalation professional to join our support team.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in resolving complex customer issues are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and effective resolution of customer queries and complaints
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve customer issues
- Write detailed reports on customer feedback to leadership
- Act as a voice of the customer and provide insightful feedback to internal teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 2+ years of experience in customer support at a leading B2C organization
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (fluency in Tamil or Telugu is a bonus)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred
