Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced customer escalation professional to join our support team.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience in resolving complex customer issues are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and effective resolution of customer queries and complaints
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve customer issues
  • Write detailed reports on customer feedback to leadership
  • Act as a voice of the customer and provide insightful feedback to internal teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support at a leading B2C organization
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (fluency in Tamil or Telugu is a bonus)
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred
