Job Description:
  • Create and track funnels of students becoming eligible for placements, ensuring timely closure or placement/certification.
  • Predict openings for passing out students over a rolling period of 3 months, planning accordingly based on program outcomes.
  • Maintain strict adherence to experience center visit plans.
  • Plan and conduct placement grooming sessions for students, closely monitoring student placability quotients as per defined parameters.
  • Ensure all eligible students are groomed and allocated placements/internships within defined timelines.
  • Establish liaison with students, fellow team members/organizations, and match student profiles to openings, facilitating interview attendance.
  • Generate relevant openings based on students' profiles.
  • Negotiate with students and internal teams based on final levels achieved by students.
  • Communicate effectively through publishing placement reports, critical reports, selection ratios, and alumni tracking.
  • Support events like job fairs, placement drives, alumni events, and regular collection of testimonials from placed students.
  • Maintain and update reports for all students eligible for placements and update placed candidates.

 

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Training skills: customer-centric approach with 100% load placement within timelines.
  • Selection ratio: ensuring student placement within 3 interviews.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and other tools).
  • Education qualification: any graduation stream with a minimum of 50% in graduation and XIIth; preferred BSc IT, BE/B Tech in Computer Science; post-graduation in any field.
  • Functional skills:
    • High knowledge of industry and emerging trends.
    • Good articulation skills in English/Hindi/local language.
    • Grievance handling.
    • Phone call handling.
    • Ability to convince students - customer responsiveness.
    • Grooming skills in personality development, English communication, interview handling.
  • Experience: minimum 4 years; maximum 6 years; relevant experience (not less than minimum experience): 4 years; preferred industry: education/Edtech/retail sector, with a strong operations profile/with retail customer handling.

 

Salary Estimate:

Rupees 7.5 lakhs - 10 lakhs per annum.

 

About the Role:

This role involves optimizing placement processes, ensuring timely closure/placement/certification, and driving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, training skills, and proficiency in MS Office, along with a strong understanding of the education/Edtech/retail sector.
