Hiring for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to drive employee engagement, manage attendance and recruitment processes, and oversee compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact at the warehouse site, ensuring seamless operations across rotational shifts.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations teams.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution, maintaining a fair and transparent work environment.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, and other relevant regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and MIS reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups.
  • Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce, with a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication, enhancing cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance, with a focus on PF, ESI, and other relevant regulations.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools, with a strong ability to learn and apply new technologies.
