We are looking for a skilled C++ Middleware Engineer to join our automotive HMI software team.

As a C++ Middleware Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and integration of middleware components that bridge Android-based Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) with system-level services in modern vehicles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining C++ middleware components to support Android-based automotive HMI systems
  • Integrating and configuring OS-level services on embedded Linux platforms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including UI, hardware, and systems teams to ensure software interoperability
  • Utilizing Python or other scripting tools for testing, automation, and tool development
  • Supporting multi-threaded, high-performance system design with focus on scalability and modularity

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with C++ development, ideally in a middleware or embedded systems context
  • Proficiency with Linux-based embedded platforms, OS services, and systems programming
  • Experience in Python scripting or other languages for automation/testing
  • Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and modular software architecture
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and debug complex interactions between system layers
