Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing an employee communications email marketing account, requiring high levels of organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with developers and client contacts to oversee development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to ensure email content renders well across email clients, matches client submission, and is error-free.
  • Collaborate with client contacts to secure approval of emails and address any edits needed.
  • Schedule emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and guide clients on account protocols.
  • Process and upload distribution lists, pull metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and share reports with clients.
  • Assist with additional email marketing projects, such as quarterly benchmark reports or template builds.
  • Identify potential roadblocks or delays with projects and clients to ensure smooth operation.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, specifically at an agency.
  • Ability to work independently and own tasks in a geographically distributed team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and availability to support the US East Coast business hours (8:30 am - 6:00 pm ET).
