We are seeking an experienced Digital Email Marketing Leader to join our team at Victoria's Secret & Co. in Bengaluru, India.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns across domestic and international markets.
- Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and timely communication.
- Mentor and coach a team of 6-10 members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in email marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.
- Deep understanding of email marketing landscape and familiarity with email protocols.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Movable Ink is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Competitive salary range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum.
