Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist with a strong background in B2B marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).

The successful candidate will focus on generating high-quality leads for the business development team by creating targeted strategies that drive customer acquisition. This includes:

  • Developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns and automation processes.
  • Utilizing lead generation strategies across digital channels, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Designing and optimizing online campaigns to capture and convert leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline for the business development team.
  • Creating compelling content for emails, social media posts, blog articles, case studies, and other materials focused on attracting B2B clients.
  • Implementing A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance and improve engagement rates.
  • Collaborating with the business development and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and target audience needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, computer science, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, A/B testing, lead generation, drip campaigns, and content marketing, preferably in the technology or IT sector.
  • Proven experience with tools and platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising, SEO, and email marketing for lead generation.
  • Solid understanding of email automation platforms, such as Mailchimp and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business development and sales teams.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, MailChimp, Marketo, Jira, Zoho, SEMrush, GA, and Google Search Console, to manage and nurture leads.
