Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Space Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the interior spaces of homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend meetings with clients to discuss project details and requirements.
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients by building strong business relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to connect with potential clients and grow our client base.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
  • Create detailed estimates and proposals for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs, and create custom designs that meet their expectations.
  • Take measurements of client spaces and use software to create 2D and 360-degree designs.
  • Presentation of final drawings to clients and obtain necessary approvals before proceeding.
  • Undertake revisions as required by clients.
  • Ensure seamless execution of projects by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD software.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven, with strong time management skills.
