Interior Design Career Opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales funnel and drive sales closure through effective communication and project management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
  • Owning end-to-end project lifecycles from initial consultation to project delivery.
  • Graduation or relevant diploma in interior design or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience as an interior designer with expertise in residential and commercial spaces.
  • Strong knowledge of design software, including AutoCAD, and proficiency in presentation skills.
  • Technical and modular design expertise, with a focus on material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation.
  • Civil works and services expertise, including specifications and installation details.
  • Sales closure expertise through logical and trusted sales pitches, leading and driving design meetings with customers.
  • Behavioral attributes such as result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp and meaningful communication.
  • A willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.

Requirements:

  1. Graduation or relevant diploma in interior design or a related field.
  2. Minimum one year of experience as an interior designer.
  3. Residential and commercial space expertise.
  4. Strong knowledge of design software, including AutoCAD.
  5. Presentation skills.
  6. Material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation.
  7. Civil works and services expertise.
  8. Logical and trusted sales pitches.
  9. Design meeting leadership and customer experience.
  10. Result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp and meaningful communication.
  11. Ability to drive performance among independent team members.
