We seek a visionary leader to spearhead our analytics initiatives, driving innovation and growth in management education.
The successful candidate will be based at our Manesar campus, with occasional travel to Gurgaon. They will report directly to the Associate Dean, overseeing key responsibilities:
Teaching Excellence- Design, develop, and deliver engaging courses in Business Analytics, incorporating Statistics, Optimisation, Business Research Methods, Economics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and SDLC through agile Technology.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career pathways.
- Conduct high-quality research in Business Analytics and related areas, leading to publications in top academic journals.
- Actively secure external research funding through grants, collaborations with industry, and competitive sources.
Requirements include an earned or pursuing Ph.D (Economics, Maths, Statistics, Computer Science), a strong record of teaching excellence, and demonstrated scholarly research and publications. Prior industry experience in an analytics-related role is advantageous, while minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience after Masters is desirable.
