  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, providing insights into business performance, highlighting successes, and identifying areas for improvement.
