Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented motivated organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing coordinating software projects excellent client communication skills strong knowledge of project management tools like GitLab Jira.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all stages of the software project life cycle from planning and development to implementation and maintenance.
  2. Develop maintain project plans schedules cost estimates risk management plans performance reports.
  3. Foster effective communication within the team stakeholders clients to ensure clarity of project objectives deadlines alignment with company objectives.
  4. Create flowcharts documentation to finalize project scope present them to clients stakeholders for approval.
  5. Utilize GitLab Jira to manage tasks monitor progress handle project documentation.
  6. Coordinate project meetings create detailed plans to achieve goals oversee integration of technical activities.
  7. Assist with issue resolution escalation manage stakeholder relations communicate effectively with clients to ensure project success.
  8. Ensure all projects comply with project methodology compliance standards set by the company regulatory bodies.
  9. Review project plans align project activities collaborate with technical teams to identify resolve work-related issues.
  10. Work with team to ensure project goals achieved within established timeframes budgets.
  11. Prepare deliver project status reports to upper management clients.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Management related field.
  2. Proven experience as a project coordinator similar role preferably within the software industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of project management tools like GitLab Jira.
  4. Solid understanding of software development life cycle models proficient knowledge of agile traditional project management principles practices.
  5. Excellent client-facing communication skills ability to communicate effectively with both technical non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  7. Experience in creating flowcharts process maps to illustrate project scopes.
  8. Robust problem-solving skills capability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
  9. Relevant certification e.g. PMP CSM is a plus.
