Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Technology Manager to join our team at Azentio Software Pvt Ltd.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our GTM tech stack, including budget management, procurement, provisioning, administration, system updates and integration.
  • They will ensure seamless functionality and data flow between platforms, aligning with our sales and customer success processes.
  • Key responsibilities include maintain and enhance the current CRM/advice and evaluate sales enablement tools to measure and optimize sales productivity.
  • The position also plays a crucial role in change management, ensuring the effective adoption of new tools, processes, and strategies across marketing & sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in Sales technology/Sales Operations within a B2B technology or services environment.
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of GTM Tech Stack spread across CRM/Prospecting/Contact enrichment/Enablement solutions, including the integration of third-party tools and APIs to enhance sales automation.
  • Proficiency in design/administration/integration and maintenance of the complete GTM Tech stack end to end.
  • Experience in budget management/technical due diligence/evaluation of various tools.
  • In-depth understanding of the customer journey, with additional experience in data augmentation, lead routing, and lead scoring being a plus.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of Sales technology tools, including but not limited to Salesforce, Zoominfo, Gong, etc.

Salary Estimate: ₹25-30 lakhs per annum (approximately $33,000-$39,500 USD) depending on location and experience.
