Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing tender opportunities, preparing and compiling bid documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, managing submissions, and tracking tenders.

  • Monitor tender portals, government notifications, and industry publications to discover relevant opportunities.
  • Analyze tender documents to understand eligibility, technical requirements, and submission conditions.
  • Draft, compile, format, and edit both technical and financial portions of the bid.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather inputs and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Track deadlines, manage online/offline submissions, and guarantee compliance with client rules and internal standards.
  • Assist with budget estimation, pricing calculations, and identifying risks or cost sensitivities.
  • Maintain accurate logs or dashboards of all active, won, and lost tenders.
  • Provide regular updates on tender outcomes, performance metrics, success rates, and insights for future improvements.
  • Research market trends, pricing models, and competitor strategies to assess risk and refine bid proposals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2 years in a similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (B.Tech, M.Tech).
