We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:The Customer Account Representative I & II will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance for various technologies in Ruckus products to enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities include working with employees, customers, VARs, and distributors to ensure the quality and reliability of Ruckus products, managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
The role also involves liaising between IT and customers on complicated licensing issues, generating clear and concise documentation for case notes, and other related tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Diploma or graduation degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation, adaptability, and strong communication skills
