Job Title:

Plant Engineering Leadership Role

  • A senior leadership position in charge of overseeing engineering services and solutions for a business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers to ensure effective resource allocation, task management, and career development.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, expectations, timelines, and preparation of reports.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure all engineering processes and deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
  • MSc/PhD in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven track record in engineering project management, operations delivery, and plant engineering processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
