Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Head to lead the successful delivery of engineering services and solutions for our Plant Engineering Business Unit.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering project management, operations delivery, and plant engineering processes. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience in handling multidiscipline large engineering projects in various industries is preferred. The candidate should have experience managing teams of 300+ resources executing projects for large customers globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers ensuring effective resource allocation, task management, and career development.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues implementing mitigation plans.
  • Ensure all engineering processes and deliverables meet required quality standards.
  • Monitor and control project budgets ensuring efficient use of resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven working experience in leadership roles in plant engineering services organizations.
  • Strong multidisciplinary knowledge especially in process, piping, mechanical, structural, electrical & instrumentation disciplines.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.
