Quality Control Executive/Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Executive Manager to oversee and ensure the quality of all products and processes in our chemical manufacturing facility.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products
  • Analyze test data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control procedures and test results
  • Supervise and train quality control staff
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness among team members
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformities
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address root causes
  • Work closely with production, procurement, and R&D teams to ensure quality requirements are met

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in quality control or a related field
  • Strong technical skills in conducting various chemical analyses, including titration, chromatography, and other electrical instruments
  • Excellent team building, positive reinforcement, and training capabilities
  • Ability to lead strategic planning, team leadership, and managing daily work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English and Marathi languages
