Job Title: Customer Success Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers proactively to provide excellent service and support, fostering long-term relationships that drive customer loyalty and retention.
  2. Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding expectations.
  3. Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently, utilizing your problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet customer needs.
  4. Leverage sales acumen to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth and increasing customer value.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, using this information to inform business decisions and improve processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate degree in any field.
  • Languages: English and Hindi (mandatory), with proficiency in additional languages an added advantage.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with no MTI/RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors.
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach, able to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Candidates welcome: Fresher and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferred experience: Experience in insurance and/or customer-facing sales roles.

Employment Details

  • Shift: Rotational Shifts (Female employees – day shifts until 8 PM; Male employees – full rotational shifts).
