Job Description

As a seasoned Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital adoption across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification processes for all modules globally.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training, and support professionals and other business users to ensure smooth system adoption.
  • Support change management activities on tech adoption of HR products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

You must be able to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
  • 12-15+ years of experience with implementing HR Systems/Supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
