Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Manager – Institutional Business to join our team at Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and building a diversified portfolio within the Large & Mid Corporate segment, with a focus on corporate lending to large and mid-corporate clients.
This role involves deal origination, getting quality mandates, ensuring timely execution of proposals, and maintaining a strong relationship with clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesOriginating new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships with large and mid-corporate clients.
Building a diverse portfolio that generates revenue from assets, fees, and cross-selling opportunities.
Regularly monitoring accounts and ensuring that sanctioned terms are consistently met.
Maintaining nil delinquencies in the portfolio and adhering to strict KYC/AML requirements.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A CA/MBA degree from a reputable institute with 5-10 years of overall experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with a reputed bank/NBFC in lending to large/mid-corporate clients (companies with revenue between Rs. 150 crs - Rs. 5000 crs).
- An effective communicator with excellent negotiating and relationship management skills, able to relate to people at all levels of business and management.
