We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding our existing client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize revenue opportunities, ensure client satisfaction, and identify new avenues for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understand clients' business goals and challenges to proactively provide solutions and value-added services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue and profitability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)
  • 12+ years of experience working in the IT industry
  • 6+ years of experience as an Account / Client Manager
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build and leverage executive relationships to drive sales
  • Proven experience of meeting revenue targets and account growth
  • Experience working in the Technology consulting and services industry
  • Strong business acumen to understand client's technical needs and translate it to solutions
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow
